Walking Holidays in the Alps
Starting in the West, our Tour du Mont Blanc is a circuit of the massif bordered by France, Italy and Switzerland. Just to the South, in the Vanoise National Park is our new Tour of the Vanoise trip. Our Walker's Haute Route from Chamonix to Zermatt strikes out East across the Swiss Valais. Further North in Switzerland and making a full East to West crossing of the country is the Via Alpina. Heading East into Austria we offer the Adlerweg through the Austrian Tyrol. South into Italy we trek the Alta Via 1 and Alta Via 2: North, and finally at the South Eastern end of the Alpine chain are the Julian Alps, the fabulously rocky and colourful hills of Slovenia.

New for 2026 in the Alps
For 2026, in Italy we add the Dolomites Highlights - a week-long trip which sees some of our favourite parts of the Dolomites. Unlike our other trips in the Dolomites, our Highlights trip stays only in hotels, meaning you'll have a private room every night.
In Switzerland, we are offering the Jura Crest Trail in its Western half. This trail involves long days, and quite a lot of up and down, in the Jura range which sits just North of the Alps proper, without so much rockiness and steepness as we know from the Alps.

Walking Holidays in Scandinavia
Our Jotunheimen Tour is a circuit of the highest and boldest national park in Norway. The hut system is outstanding, giving you a real flavor of Norwegian mountain culture. We also offer an extended version of the tour which ventures south into the wilder areas of the Jotunheimen National Park. In Sweden we walk the first week of the spectacular Kungsleden, a trail in the far North within the Arctic Circle. Staying in a mixture of catered and self-catered huts, this trail feels remote and wild.

New for 2026 in Scandinavia
We have no new trips in Scandinavia for 2026. Our newest trip in Scandinavia is the Lofoten Islands which we introduced in 2025. On the Lofoten Islands we offer a series of day-hikes to experience the best of what the islands have to offer, staying in comfortable hotels every night.

Walking Holidays in the UK & Ireland
Our West Highland Way and Affric Kintail Way explore the Highlands of Scotland, being the popular treks from Glasgow to Fort William and through the remote Glen Affric. In the Outer Hebrides we trek the Hebridean Way. In Wales we offer the Snowdonia Way, a trek through the heart of Wales' mountians. Our most mountainouse trek in the UK is our Lake District Tour in Northern England. We also offer our first trip in Ireland - the Kerry Way!

New for 2026 in the UK & Ireland
In 2026 we introduce the Arran Coastal Way, a 7-stage route circumnavigating the Isle of Arran, often referred to as 'Scotland in miniature' due to its mix of rugged mountains, sandy beaches and charming villages.
